Kitchen Renovation Rough-in
The rough-in stage was completed for a project, where the toilet and kitchen were relocated to the opposite side of the room, and the bathroom underwent a full renovation. As the house is on a concrete slab, concrete cutting was done to reposition the drainage correctly.
Bathroom Renovation Rough-in
As part of this rough-in work, our team installed water lines for the basin and adjusted the waste pipes to ensure proper alignment for the wall-hung vanity. This careful planning and execution ensures that everything will function seamlessly once the final fixtures are in place.
Water Line Renewal

Cistern Replacement
At a recent job, we replaced outdated in-wall cisterns. After installation, we fitted a sleek stainless steel panel over the existing wall, avoiding the need for replastering. This upgrade provided the bathroom with a fresh, modern look without requiring extensive wall repairs.
Hot Water Unit Installation
This installation addressed a burst internal hot water unit in an upstairs kitchen that caused significant water damage to the tenants below. We redirected the water lines outside and installed a new continuous flow hot water unit on the exterior wall, providing a more efficient solution and reducing the risk of future damage.
Basin Installation
We installed a custom 300-year-old marble basin for a client which required special handling due to its weight, value, and historical significance. To ensure it was securely supported, we reinforced the vanity and customised the benchtop for a perfect fit.
Sewer ORG Replacement
Our team replaced an old, damaged Overflow Relief Gully that had been compromised by root incursion, causing blockages in the drainage system. The compromised section was removed and replaced with durable PVC piping, effectively clearing the blockage and restoring proper flow to the sewer system.
Boundary Trap Replacement
A boundary trap replacement was completed at a property where an old house had recently been demolished. The client requested replacement at a depth of 1.8 meters. We used machinery to dig down, replaced the trap, and installed new pipework, bringing everything to ground level for future connection.
Kitchen Sink Fit-off
After previously completing the rough-in for a kitchen in an apartment, we returned to install the new sink and mixer, carefully fitting off the necessary pipework underneath to ensure a neat and tidy finish.
